Refund and Cancellation Policy
Rather Fond creates personalized digital products specifically for each customer.
Because work on your order may begin shortly after we receive your completed questionnaire, personalized orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
Before production begins
If you contact us before we have started creating your personalized product, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a refund.
Please contact hello@ratherfond.com as soon as possible.
After production has begun
Once we have started creating your personalized product using the information you submitted, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are generally not available, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This is because each product is individually created for a specific person and event and cannot reasonably be resold to another customer.
If we make a mistake
If your finished product contains a clear error introduced by Rather Fond, such as:
- an incorrect name despite the correct information being submitted
- information attributed to the wrong person
- a missing section that should have been included
- a damaged, corrupted or unusable digital file
please contact us at hello@ratherfond.com.
We will normally correct the issue and send you an updated version at no additional cost.
If the product cannot be delivered
If we are unable to provide the product you purchased, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Information supplied by you
We create personalized products using the information submitted in your questionnaire.
We are not responsible for errors that result directly from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the customer.
If you ask us to make substantial changes because information was omitted or changed after production began, additional work may be treated separately.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
Where applicable, rules concerning withdrawal from contracts for personalized products or digital content may apply.
